[iOS] [URP] Inconsistent light reflections when light intensity is above 1000
Reproduction steps:
1. Download and open the attached "iOS Lights" project
2. Build and deploy the project to iOS
3. Observe the light reflections from the car
Expected result: The light reflection on iOS does not differ from the editor
Actual result: The light reflection on iOS differs from the editor (the scene is visibly darker, car's roof reflects a circle of light)
Reproducible with: 2020.3.31f1 (10.8.1), 2021.2.18f1 (12.1.6), 2022.1.0b14 (13.1.5), 2022.2.0a9 (14.0.2)
Could not test with: 2019.4 (Corrupted/magenta shaders after downgrading URP)
Reproduced with: iPhone 6S (iOS 13.3.1), iPad mini 4 (iOS 11.4)
Does not reproduce with: iPhone 12 Pro (iOS 14.2.1), iPhone 13 Pro (iOS 15.0.0)

Also happens with lights of lower intensity!
