[iOS]UI/Lit shaders does not reflect light
1. Open attached project
2. Build to iOS
3. Move Green and Blue or only Green slider to 0% and Light on the left will not be displayed

Latest issues
- Objects with Universal Render Pipeline/Particles/Lit shader are always lit up when changing their Rendering Layer Mask
