[iOS][tvOS] Streaming from an iOS device over the Airplay Causes Jitter
Reproduction Steps:
1. Download User's project
2. Build and Deploy to an iOS device
3. Open the app
4. While app is open activate AirPlay and connect to AppleTV
5. Go further to the app
6. Notice that everything is jittering
Expected behaviour: No jittering.
Reproduced on versions: Unity 2017.1.3f1, 2017.2.1p4, 2017.3.0p2, 2018.1.0b2
Reproduced on device: iPhone 8 iOS 11.0, Apple TV 4th gen tvOS 11.2.1

Resolution Note (2019.3.X):
This particular case has been investigated thoroughly and we have decided, in the interests of protecting the stability and features of Unity for users that rely upon the affected versions, to not address this fix for the time being. We understand that this will cause problems for some users, and so may address in a future version.
