[Mobile] Terrain is rendered with artifacts on iOS devices when using Anisotropic Textures and Instancing
To reproduce:
1. Download attached project "TerrainInstanced.zip" and open in Unity
2. Open "SampleScene" scene
3. Build for iOS
4. Deploy the Xcode project to the iOS device
5. Observe that there are Seams are visible on Terrain
Notes:
- This issue does not reproduce on Windows Standalone, macOS Standalone, and Android (Mono and IL2CPP)
- This issue does not reproduce on OpenGLES2 Graphics API
- If You disable Anisotropic Texture support or disable Draw Instanced in Terrain settings this issue does not reproduce

- iPhone 6 Plus, iOS: 12.0.1 - Not Reproduced
- iPhone 6s Plus, iOS: 10.3.2 - Reproduced
