[Mobile] Terrain is rendered with artifacts on iOS devices when using Anisotropic Textures and Instancing



To reproduce:

1. Download attached project "" and open in Unity
2. Open "SampleScene" scene
3. Build for iOS
4. Deploy the Xcode project to the iOS device
5. Observe that there are Seams are visible on Terrain

- This issue does not reproduce on Windows Standalone, macOS Standalone, and Android (Mono and IL2CPP)
- This issue does not reproduce on OpenGLES2 Graphics API
- If You disable Anisotropic Texture support or disable Draw Instanced in Terrain settings this issue does not reproduce

Tested with:
- iPhone SE, iOS: 11.4.1 - Reproduced
- iPhone 6 Plus, iOS: 12.0.1 - Not Reproduced
- iPhone 6s Plus, iOS: 10.3.2 - Reproduced
- iPhone 6s Plus, iOS: 11.4.1 - Reproduced
- iPhone 7, iOS: 11.0 - Reproduced
- iPhone 7 Plus, iOS: 12.0 - Reproduced
- iPhone 8, iOS: 11.0 - Reproduced
- iPhone X, iOS: 11.3.1 - Reproduced

Reproduced on Unity 2018.3.0a4, 2018.3.0b12 and 2019.1.0a11
Not reproduced on Unity 2018.2.18f1 and 2018.3.0a3
Regression on Unity 2018.3.0a4

    Are there any news on it? Having the same bug too on 2019.3.3f1
