[iOS][Metal] Artifacts are rendered before playing the video from URL
To reproduce:
1. Open user's attached project
2. Build it to iOS platform
3. Launch on the device
4. Notice that during first frames artifacts are rendered on quad
Expected result: Quad should be rendered correctly before video playback starts.
Actual result: Artifacts appear on quad before the video starts
Reproduced with: 2017.1.3p2, 2017.2.1p4, 2017.3.1p2, 2018.1.0b10, 2018.2.0a2
Device: iPhone iOS 11.3
Reproduces only with Metal API, no repro with GLES3
