[iOS] [iPhoneX] Screen.safeArea in not reported correctly when orientation is changed manually
To reproduce:
1. Open repro project
2. Build for iOS, run on iPhone X
3. Notice that there is no safe area(colored greenly) in portrait mode
4. Switch to landscape mode, notice that safe area appears
5. Turn back to portrait mode, notice that now safe area works properly
Reproduced: 2017.3.0p2, 2017.3.2f1, 2017.4.1f1, 2018.1.0b13, 2018.2.0b1
Not reproducible: 2017.2.2p1, 2017.2.0p1
