[iOS] Input from the external keyboard is not registered on some iOS devices

How to reproduce:
1. Build And Run the user’s attached “iOS Keyboard.zip” project on an iOS device
2. Connect an external keyboard to the device
3. Press the keys on the external keyboard
4. Observe the app

Expected result: the pressed key is logged
Actual result: the pressed key is not logged

Reproducible with: 2021.3.24f1, 2021.3.28f1, 2022.3.5f1, 2023.1.5f1, 2023.2.0b1
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.23f1
