[iOS] Cancelling Game Center login results in failure to display Game Center login again
To reproduce:
1. Log out of Game Center on iOS device
2. Enable Game Center Sandbox mode
3. Build app to iOS device
4. Once app is running, tap button titled "GC Login"
5. Game Center login window will be displayed
6. Cancel login
7. Once returned to the app, tap the "GC Login" button again
Actual behavior: the Game Center login now does not show up
