[iOS] Built project crashes in "il2cpp System::Net::Socket::ReceiveFrom_internal" while calling "socket.IOControl"
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project "UDPSocketRepro.zip";
2. Make a build for iOS;
3. Run the built project on any iOS device.
Actual results: the project crashes while starting.
Reproduced on: 2017.2.3p3, 2017.4.8f1, 2018.1.9f1, 2018.2.2f1, 2018.3.0a7.
Tested with iPhone 6s (iOS 11.0), iPhone 6 (iOS 10.3.3), iPhone SE (iOS 9.3).
Crashes only with .NET 4.x, does not crash with .NET 3.x
