[iOS] Audio is "jumpy" on some iOS devices, skipping a few frames every few seconds
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Switch to iOS
3. Build for iOS and deploy to device
4. Click "Play1" or "Play2" to start playing the song
5. Notice that the song sounds "jumpy" (every few seconds the song seems to jump ahead a tiny bit)

Does not reproduce with:
2019.2.0a2
