[iOS] Application freezes or has a delay for a short time when using the Attitude Sensor and changing the orientation of the device
How to reproduce:
1. Build And Run the user’s attached “ios-delay-test-input-system-gyro.zip” project on an iOS device
2. Rotate the device to change the orientation a few times
3. Observe the result
Expected result: The application doesn’t freeze or has no delay
Actual result: The application freezes or has a delay for a short time
Reproducible with: 2021.3.29f1, 2022.3.7f1, 2023.1.9f1, 2023.2.0b5

VLNQA00358 - iPhone 12, 14.1 iOS

Google Pixel 3 (Pixel 3), CPU: Snapdragon 845, GPU: Adreno 630, OS: 12.0.0
Note: tested with New Input System 1.6.3 package version

Reproduced on iPhone XS Max, iOS 16.6, 2022.3.6.
