[iOS] App freezes when collecting garbage and creating IL2CPP generic metadata off the thread
How to reproduce:
1. Build And Run the user’s attached “Deadlock.zip” project on an iOS device
2. Observe the app
Expected result: No freeze
Actual result: Freeze
Reproducible with: 2021.3.25f1, 2022.2.18f1, 2023.1.0b16, 2023.2.0a14
Could not test with: 2020.3.48f1
