[iOS 11] Handheld.PlayFullScreenMovie with CancelOnInput doesn't cancel the video on input on iOS 11 video player
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Build 'Test' scene to iOS
3. Deploy the build to iOS device
4. Click 'CancelOnInput'
5. When the video starts, touch the screen
Expected result: Video stops playing and closes, coming back to the game
Actual result: Video continues playing
Reproduced with: 5.6.3p4, 2017.1.1f1, 2017.1.2f1, 2017.2.0f2
