InvalidOperationException errors are thrown when double clicking an object in Hierarchy window

To reproduce:
1. Open any project
2. In Hierarchy window, double click any object
3. Observe the console

Result: "InvalidOperationException: Stack empty." error is thrown each time

Reproduced in: 2019.3.0a3
Not reproduced in: 2017.4.25f1, 2018.4.1f1, 2019.1.3f1, 2019.2.0b2, 2019.3.0a2
