Interrupting Cinemachine Blend when quickly disabling and enabling the GameObject makes camera transition faster
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "1421035_case.zip"
2. Open the "SampleScene" Scene
3. Press Play
Expected result: Cinemachine camera Blend retains the same speed of motion
Actual result: Cinemachine's camera Blend motion speeds up
Reproducible with: 2.6.15, 2.8.6, 2.9.0-pre.6 (2019.4.38f1, 2020.3.42f1, 2021.3.1f1, 2022.1.0f1, 2022.2.0a11)
Not reproducible with: 2.6.17, 2.8.9, 2.9.4 (2020.3.42f1), 2.8.9, 2.9.4 (2021.3.14f1, 2022.1.23f1, 2022.2.0f1, 2023.1.0a21)
