Integers near their max value become negative when used in [Range (0, int.MaxValue) ]
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project "MaxValueBug.zip" and scene "SampleScene"
2. In Hierarchy window, select "Main Camera" object
3. In Inspector window, "New Behaviour Script (Script)" component, use slider to change value to the maximum
Expected result: the slider value increases to a positive number
Actual result: the slider value increases to a negative number
Reproducible with: 2017.1.4f1, 2017.2.3f1, 2017.4.3f1, 2018.1.2f1, 2018.1.2f1
Note: the highest integer number that can be used in [Range()] which still works and remains positive is 2147483583
