Instantiation prefab asset into Hierarchy via Drag&Drop is rejected
Steps:
1. Create a new project
2. Add Cube and convert it to prefab
3. Drag the prefab asset from Project Browser to Hierarchy
==> Drop into Hierarchy is rejected
