"Inspector" tab's top section becomes overlapped by "Rect Transform" component data
*Steps to reproduce:*
# Create a project
# Click "+" at the top of the "Inspector" tab
# Select UI->Toggle
# Verify that it has been added
# Select it
# Go to the "Inspector" tab and execute some scrolling
# Observe the top "Inspector" section
*Actual results:* During the scrolling "Inspector" tab's top section becomes overlapped by "Rect Transform" component data. A screenshot and video are added below in the "Attachments" section.
*Expected results:* No overlapping. The expected result video is also added below in the "Attachments" section.
*Reproducible with versions:* 6000.2.0a7, 6000.2.0a8
*Not reproducible with versions:* 6000.1.0b14, 6000.2.0a6
