[Inspector][Rotation] Rotation value change in play mode is calculated incorrectly
Repro steps:
1) Open project
2) Create a cube
3) Change Rotation X to 100
4) Enter Playmode and notice it is changed to ~80
5) Repeat with X = 150
6) Notice the rotation is ~30
Reproduced in: 5.3.4p1; 5.2.4f1; 5.1.4f1
No repro in 5.4.0b11, since values do not change in it
