[Inspector] Reorderable list element is not deselected after clicking the mouse button somewhere else
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project in "My project.zip"
2. Open SampleScene
3. Select Directional Light in hierarchy
4. In the Inspector a Reorderable list will be visible
5. Select one of the elements of the list
6. Click somewhere else in the inspector
Expected result: The element of the list is deselected
Actual result: The element of the list remains selected
Reproducible with: 2020.3.29f1, 2021.2.15f1, 2022.1.0b11, 2022.1.0a1, 2022.2.0a7
Could not test with 2019.4.36f1 (elements are not selectable)
