Inspector enters scroll mode when exiting dropdown menu selection and using Wacom device
How to reproduce:
1. Open the “IN-137575.zip“ project
2. Open the “SampleScene“ scene
3. In the Hierarchy select “Main Camera“ GameObject
4. In the Inspector select “Tag“ dropdown menu using Wacom device pen
5. Select any option (e.g. Player)
6. Move the pen cursor up and down
7. Observe the Inspector
Actual result: The Inspector is in scroll mode while cursor moves
Expected result: The Inspector is not in scroll mode while cursor moves
Reproducible with: 6000.3.8f1, 6000.3.12f1, 6000.4.1f1, 6000.5.0b1, 6000.6.0a1
Not reproducible with: 6000.0.72f1, 6000.3.7f1
Reproducible on: macOS 26.3.1 (M1 Max)
Not reproducible on: Windows 11
