[InputField][OnValueChanged] OnValueChanged is called twice when replacing selected characters
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open Test scene
3. Press play
4. Enter some characters into input field
5. Select any number of characters with cursor
6. Replace selected characters by entering new character
7. Notice that "InputField Updated" message is thrown twice in console
