InputField does not work on WP8.1 devices when used in WP8 applications
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download attached project
2. Buid and run it as WP8 application to WP8.1 device
3. Touch right side of the screen to edit text of InputField. Attempt to enter text using touch screen keyboard. No text is entered.

I can confirm this on WP and on Android.
