InputField cursor position doesn't respect Text vertical alignment
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project and the scene
2. Press play
3. Click on the white box
4. Observe that cursor position doesn't respect text alignment

Was this fix brought over to Unity 5? I'm seeing the same behavior in 5.0.1f1.
