[InputField] Caret not blinking after disabling/re-enabling inputfield's gameobject
Steps to reproduce this issue:
1. Create input field
2. Play
3. Click on input field
4. Notice caret blinking
5. Disable and then re-enable input field gameobject
6. Select input field again
7. Caret is not blinking anymore
