[Input System] WithMatchingEventsBeingSuppressed doesn't work when trying to perform interactive rebinding

Repro steps:
1. Open the user's attached project "InputSystemBugReport.zip"
2. Connect a PS4 controller to the computer
3. Enter Play Mode
4. Press the X button on the controller

Expected results: UI button changes color from yellow to green and remains that way, waiting for additional input
Actual results: UI button changes color from yellow to green and changes back again with no additional input

Reproducible with: 2019.3.0a2, 2019.3.9f1, 2020.1.0a1, 2020.1.0b5, 2020.2.0a2, 2020.2.0a5 (Input System preview.4 - 1.0.0, Input System preview.6 - 1.0.0)
Could not test with:
- 2018.4, 2019.3.0a1, 2020.2.0a1 due to errors
- Input System preview.3 - 1.0.0 and earlier due to errors

Notes:
- The user reports that this issue is also reproducible with an Xbox 360 controller
- The issue is not reproducible with an Xbox One controller

    Fixed in Input System 1.1.0-preview.2

    Experienced this bug with the PS5 DualSense controller as well, on version 1.5.1. Only some inputs are swallowed, but the options and share buttons' events specifically are not swallowed.

    I experience this bug when using version 1.4.1 with a PS5 DualShock controller. The input events are not swallowed
