[Input System] Unity does not register Amazon Fire TV remote's D-Pad center button press
Reproduction steps:
1. Download the asset package down below called: "AmazonFireTVIssue.unitypackage"
2. Import the asset package into a new project
3. Go to Build Settings and change the Target Platform to Android
4. Go to Player Settings and enable Android TV Compatibility
5. Build and install the project on an Amazon Fire TV device
6. Launch the built application and press the remote's D-Pad directional buttons
7. Observe the UI displaying which button was pressed
8. Press the remote's D-Pad center button
Expected result: The D-Pad center button is recognized and the button press is logged
Actual result: The D-Pad center button is not recognized
Reproducible with: Input System 1.2.0, 1.3.0 (2019.4.36f1, 2020.3.30f1, 2021.2.14f1, 2022.1.0b10, 2022.2.0a6)
Note: When pressing the D-Pad center button, the Amazon Fire TV itself does register the button press (judging from the blinking light on the device itself)
