Input System Supported Devices dropdown is unusable
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project “InputSystemBug”
2. Click Edit → Project Settings → Input System Package
3. Under the Supported Devices field, click “+”
4. Observe the dropdown menu
Expected result: Each element in the dropdown can be clicked
Actual result: None of the elements can be clicked, and elements inside the menu overlap themselves
Reproducible with: 2022.3.2f1, 2022.3.3f1, 2023.1.0b18, 2023.1.1f1, 2023.2.0a15, 2023.2.0a21
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.27f1, 2022.3.1f1, 2023.1.0b17, 2023.2.0a14
Reproducible on: Windows 11 Pro
