Input settings cannot be changed back to mouse clicks/default
To reproduce:
1. Create a new project (or open an old one)
2. Build and Run
3. Once unity game launcher appears switch to input tab
4. Try changing controls to mouse
Expected result: It's possible to set controls to mouse
Actual result: You can't
This has been postponed and is considered for the new Input system.
