Project Settings reverts to old settings when trying to overwrite Preset
Reproduction steps:
1. Create an empty project
2. Go to Project Settings -> Choose any area with Presets (for example Input Manager)
3. Save a Preset by clicking on the Options icon in the top right
4. Make any changes to any Setting
5. Try to overwrite the already existing Preset
Expected result: The Preset is overwritten
Actual result: The Settings are changed back to the ones in the preset that is being overwritten
Reproducible with: 2018.4.28f1, 2019.4.14f1, 2020.1.13f1, 2020.2.0b11, 2021.1.0a5
