[Incremental GC] Projects fails to open if switching from .NET 4.x to .NET 3.5 with Incremental GC enabled
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Go to Player Settings and switch to .NET 3.5
Result - Editor is not opened, after that you can try re-opening Editor manually, but Editor still shouldn't open. Deleting Library/Project Settings solves the issue
