Increased script compilation time
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached "case_1317926.zip" project
2. In the Project window, open the Test script
3. Uncomment line 16 and save the script
4. Return to the Editor and wait until compilation finishes
5. Open the Editor.log and observe the script compilation time
Expected result: Compilation time is ~0.05s
Actual result: Compilation time is ~0.13s
Reproducible with: 2020.2.0b11, 2020.3.1f1
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.32f1, 2019.4.22f1, 2020.1.17f1, 2020.2.0b10, 2021.1.0b12, 2021.2.0a10

Getting URP back in line with what it was until 2020.1.17f1 would be amazing.
The FPS on my project does drop quite a lot on 2021.1.0f1 though.
