Incorrect tooltip displayed for the Edit Polyline button of Polygon Collider 2D and Edge Collider 2D components
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new 3D Project
2. Right-click in the Hierarchy window and select "Create Empty"
3. In the Inspector window of the created GameObject click "Add Component" and select Edge Collider 2D
4. Hover mouse over the Edit Polyline button under the "Edit Collider" property
Expected result: tooltip informs about existing Ctrl key shortcut functionality for the Edge Collider 2D
Actual result: tooltip informs about non-existing Shift and Alt key shortcut functionality for the Edge Collider 2D
Reproducible with: 2019.4.37f1, 2020.3.32f1, 2021.2.17f1, 2022.1.0b13, 2022.2.0a8
