Incorrect shadow rendering when using URP Lit shaders and type Directional light and viewing at close distance
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached “IN-80657“ project
2. Open the “BrokenShadowScene“
3. Observe the Game view
Expected result: The shadow is uniformed and shaped correctly
Actual result: The shadow is incorrect
Reproducible with: 6000.0.8f1, 6000.0.11f1
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.40f1, 2022.3.39f1, 6000.0.7f1
Reproduced on: Windows 11
Not reproduced on: No other environment tested

* Reproducible in Player
* No issue with shaders made with ShaderGraph
