I'm still seeing this as well ( 2019.3.15f1 ). Has anyone figured out a workaround?

This problem still exists, screen is rendering graphical elements perfectly on MACOS but on ultra wide monitor it seems to scale the mouse input across the ultrawide panel. Mouse is 200-300 pixels off position.

This is still an issue with 2019.3.13f1. For instance, we have it set to 1920 x 1080, but my monitor is 3440 x 1440. As the cursor moves from the center either left or right, it increasingly is "off" in registering over colliders and buttons. For buttons and colliders near the far edges of the game, I need the cursor to be 200-400 pixels away to click on the button.

I'm also seeing this. Some retina resolutions at full screen have an incorrect mouse position while others appear to be accurate. 3840x2160 is the unity resolution and when I run full screen 3840x2160 the mouse position is offset from the accurate value.

Still a problem. Using Patch 2017.2.0p2 fix only one resolution 1024x768 was fixed, the rest is still wrong just like before!
We tried on a MacOSX 10.12.6 with native 5120x2880 (16:9)
1600x1200 still wrong
1280x1024 still wrong
It seams the fix has no effect if the screen ratio is not the native and a black frame is added to the screen. Only resolution 1024x768 works in this case.
We have game out on Steam and using the latest version we are stuck to release our game for Black Friday Update... which means we are very very very disappointed and thinking of leaving Unity for good.. it's been always a headache to upgrade Unity and it seems it will be never reliable for production use!
Please make this important since all OSX users has a serious issues with this! Or should we send all of our users directly to Unity support?
