Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Open the Assets/ReproScene.unity
3. Play the scene
4. Observe the incorrect character position
Actual result: Incorrect character position when using additive animation without a mask
Expected result: Position should be correct
Reproduced with: 2017.1.0a1, 2017.1.0f1, 2017.2.0b1
Not reproduced with: 5.5.4p1, 5.6.2p1
