Incomplete warning when native platform backends for the new input system are not enabled
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Observe the warning message
Expected result: The message is complete
Actual result: The message is incomplete
Reproducible with: 1.7.0 (2021.3.43f1), 1.10.0 (2021.3.43f1, 2022.3.45f1, 6000.0.18f1)
Reproduced on: Windows 11
Not reproduced on: No other environment tested
