In Play Mode, a Script instantiated Scene gets unhidden when another instantiated Scene gets hidden

How to reproduce:
1. Open the “SceneToggle.zip“ project
2. Open the “SampleScene01” scene
3. Enter Play Mode
4. Hide any one of the three instantiated “SampleScene02“ Scenes
5. Hide another one of the three instantiated “SampleScene02“ Scenes
6. Observe the Hierarchy

Expected results: The hidden Scene instance stays hidden
Actual results: The hidden Scene instance gets unhidden

Reproducible in: 2021.3.34f1, 2022.3.18f1, 2023.2.7f1, 2023.3.0b4

Reproduced on: Windows 11 Pro (23H2)
Not reproduced on: No other environment tested

Note: The Scenes get hidden correctly if they are being hidden by one element in the Scene
