[Build Profile] [VisionOS/iOS/tvOS] - Build Player Library button is getting displayed depending on the selected build target
*Steps to reproduce:*
1. Create a VisionOS (or iOS/tvOS) profile.
2. Under Platform Settings, press Build Player Library (it will take a bit)
3. The Build Player Library button will disappear
3. Open Project Settings > Player Settings
4. Select the standalone tab
*Actual results:* Notice how the Build Player Library button will re-appear. If selecting the VisionOS (or iOS/tvOS) tabs it will disappear again
*Expected results:* The Build Player Library button shouldn't re-appear when selecting another tab in Player Settings
