Prefab preview in Inspector doesn't update until reselected
Steps:
1. Create a cube prefab
2. Select the Cube prefab asset
3. Lock the Inspector
4. Go into Prefab Mode of the Cube prefab
5. Use the Scene View scale tool to change the scale of the prefab
6. Observe that the preview in the Inspector doesn't reflect the change
7. Exit Prefab Mode
8. Observe that the preview in the Inspector still hasn't updated
