[Improved prefabs] Override window displays options even when there are no dependencies
Override window displays options "revert all" and "apply all" even when there is no dependency to override. Also, the dependencies don't get reverted when "revert all" option is pressed. Refer the attached video
Steps to reproduce:
1) Create a new project
2) Create empty prefab gameObject
3) Right click on empty prefab > Create empty
4) Select the prefab > Go to the override window
5) Select the newly added gameObject with "+" sign
6) In the added window, apply to the prefab
Actual result: Override window displays options "revert all" and "apply all" even when there are no override dependencies.
Expected result: Override window mentions there are no overrides and does not display any options.
Occurs on:
2019.1.0a9, 2018.3.0b11, 2018.3.0b3
Working fine on: 2018.3.0b2
Environment:
Windows10 and Mac 10.13.
