[Improved prefab] Prefab root is not displayed in hierarchy on selecting root if it's not in current hierarchy view
If the prefab root is not displayed in the current hierarchy view, then it is also not displayed when root is selected by right-clicking on of its child. Refer the attached video
Steps to reproduce:
1) Create a new project
2) Import attached "NestedPrefab" package
3) Expand the prefab in hierarchy and scroll down till the root is out of focus
4) Right-click on any child > Prefab > Select Root
Actual result: Prefab root is not displayed in Hierarchy
Expected result: Hierarchy window should be scrolled till the Prefab root is in focus
Occurring on: 2020.2.0a3, 2020.1.0b2, 2019.3.4f1, 2019.2.12f1, 2018.4.12f1
