Override indicator (blue line) appears misaligned on Freeform Light 2D
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Install Window > Package Manager > Lightweight RP
3. Project > Assets > right-click > Rendering> Lightweight Render Pipeline > Pipeline Asset
4. Project > Assets > right-click > Rendering > Lightweight Render Pipeline > 2D Renderer
5. Assign UniversalRenderPipelineAsset to Edit > Project Settings > Graphics > SRP Settings
6. Assign New 2D Renderer Data to Project > UniversalRenderPipelineAsset > Inspector > General > RendererList
7. Change value of Freeform Light 2D > Inspector > Light 2D > Radius to 0.3
Actual result: Observe that override indicator (blue line) appears misaligned on Order in Layer
Expected result: Override indicator (blue line) appears aligned in a single line on the left
Reproducible on: 2020.1.0a4, 2019.3.0b4, 2019.3.0b3, 2019.2.1f1
Environment: Windows 10 and Mac 10.14
