Impossible to open a project when there is only one Unity version added to Hub which does not match the project's version
How to reproduce:
1. Open Unity Hub using the EnvIronman VM (more information in Edit)
2. Uninstall Unity version 2019.1.14f1
3. Select Projects and try to open the testProject
Expected result: Project opens after informing that the project was saved with a different version
Actual result: Project does not open and an error is thrown
Reproducible with: 2.1.0
Notes:
Restarting Unity Hub fixes the issue.
The issue is reproducible with any Unity versions.

restarting Unity Hub doesn't fix the issue for me.
I had to re-install the old version of Unity.
