Importing stepped animation adds unnecessary keyframes to the animation curve
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project "833901.zip"
2. Open scene "Scene"
3. In inspector, select "FisherGhost@Intro" GO and open animation window
4. Inspect "FisherGhost@Intro : Scale/CamPos : Position/Position.x" curve, for example
5. Notice that there are multiple keyframes added in specific intervals. Inspecting this animation with 3Ds Max, for example, shows that originally these keyframes do not exist.
Reproduced with: 5.3.6p6, 5.4.1p2, 5.5.0b5
