Importing Facebook SDK 7.17.0 throws errors/warnings and disables the Package Manager
How to reproduce:
1. Download Facebook SDK 7.17.0 from the Facebook website
2. Create a new Unity project
3. Import the Facebook SDK package
Expected result: no errors or warnings are thrown, Package Manager is available
Actual result: a bunch of errors and warnings are thrown, Package Manager is unavailable
Reproducible with: 2017.4.29f1, 2018.4.3f1, 2019.1.9f1, 2019.2.0b8, 2019.3.0a8
Notes:
Issue is not reproducible with Facebook SDK 7.16.1 on 2018.4 and later versions of Unity
