[ImportAssetOptions] ForceUncompressedImport does not function
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project
2. In the upper Menu bar click 'REPRO CASE/Before and after'
3. Check the console
Result: All the logged results are the same, despite using 'ImportAssetOptions.ForceUncompressedImport', 'ImportAssetOptions.ForceSynchronousImport' and 'ImportAssetOptions.ForceUpdate'
