'Import Logs' and '... Video' files shows up under Video Clip asset after skipping transcoding
To reproduce:
1. Import any video
2. Transcode
3. Click Skip All Transcoding button
Expected: Transcoding should be cancelled and video clip asset should have default green icon
Actual: Notice that video clip asset now has two nested files
Reproducible: 2018.1.0a7
Not reproducible: 2018.1.0a6
Reproducible on OSX and Windows 10
