Import blendshapes setting is absent in 4.5 documentation
To reproduce:
1. Click on an fbx
2. In the Import Settings, there's a "Import Blendshapes" setting which is missing from the picture that is included in the documentation:
Animation->Animation reference->Importing models->Models
