IMGUIContainer is offset vertically by 20px when in the Game view
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "UI.zip"
2. Open Assets/Scenes/SampleScene.unity
3. Open Assets/ExampleLayout.uxml
Expected result: "IMGUIContainer contents" is displayed in Game view same as in UI Builder Viewport
Actual result: "IMGUIContainer contents" is offset vertically by 20px in the Game view
Reproducible with: 1.0.0-preview.14 (2020.3.8f1, 2021.1.7f1, 2021.2.0a17)
Could not test with: 2018.4.35f1, 2019.4.26f1 (UI Toolkit unavailable)
Notes: "IMGUIContainer contents" is displayed as expected in Player Build

Resolution Note:
The availability of the IMGUIContainer class in the UnityEngine assembly was needed for backward compatibility reasons. IMGUIContainers can be used inside the editor but usage outside the editor is unfortunately not something we can support.
While it may currently work in some use cases, proper runtime support for IMGUIContainer would need significant investment on our part because of issues like this one. It's unfortunately not something we plan on supporting in the foreseeable future.
